Bought this mainly for gym use only because I'm afraid of sweat damaging the headphones overall I have sweated as much as I can with these headphones and overall they have held up well but I sweat a good amount not a pool of sweat. Other than that these have held up well so far. Sound quality could be better as I can still notice SOME noise in the gym. App control is kind of neat but I find myself barely using it. Sometimes I have connectivity issues where I will be in the zone playing a song and then for the few seconds it will disconnect. Headphones secure fairly well on the head when I jump rope only time it would fall is when I would hit the headphones. Only thing I probably have to mention is for the price tag of $399 (at the time I have bought this) was not worth. But if you are strictly using for the gym then I think these are average on sound quality but good for gym environment (although I probably recommend buying these on sale under $300)

Wow!! These are the best headphones I have ever had in my 44 years! I got them days before the official release. The Bass is amazing, the active sound cancelation works great. I love the style, the color, the look, the feel, the buttons. I have been looking for the right over ear headphones to replace a set used for over 10 years! I looked at equivalent options from, Sony, Bose, Beats, Skull Candy, and Apple. Those are all really great companies with excellent products, and quality. None were just right for me, and my intended uses. When I came across a social media post from DJ letting everyone know these were about to be released. I was very excited! Apparently DJ and I have a similar hairstyle. Lol. I couod tell just from his picture of him wearing them, that they would fit me perfectly too! I somehow found a way to get them early! This set from JBL has blown my mind! It's hard to explain how they fit so perfectly. Like a good pair of sneakers or like some perfect fitting lifting gloves, but for your head. Trying to run or workout with over ear type headphones has always sucked. They always shift, or move, or bounce, get too sweaty, or some other irritating downsides. I can tell just by putting them on, that they won't do any of that. They are super snug, but they don't hurt like others at all. They even have a 3.5 headphone jack for those who prefer to also have the direct plug in option. Somehow JBL and The Rock have found the perfectly balanced fit! The sound is beyond words for me. Absolutely incredible! I'm sending a HUGE thank you to JBL, and DJ for putting in the WORK, and making this an Absolute home run of a Product! I almost forgot to mention. They even come with a nice case, with triangular carabiner! The headphones fold to fit inside. My advice to anyone looking at these. I didn't even try them before buying them. Buy them. You will be very happy like me.

If you¡¯re looking for the perfect gym headset, the bass, which is phenomenal, you can crank these up with the app and these things have a massive bass. The sound is crisp and good. The overall build of it is awesome, THE BATTERY!!! The battery is 40 hr long or something like that, and let me tell you, IT IS NICE NOT TO CONSTANTLY CHARGE HEADPHONES. What I¡¯m trying to say, I use these headphones every time I go to the gym and my workouts are 1:30 to 2 hours long and I go 6 days a week and these things don¡¯t need charged till after a month long of use, I swear the battery last longer because it just doesn¡¯t add up. Also the BUILD, which I think the only reason I¡¯ve had these headphones for 2 years now is that they¡¯re built to last. These headphones are for you if you¡¯re worried about anything¡¯s above I¡¯ve just mentioned. The ear pads are also good, I was worried they would flake on me because they¡¯re leather but after 2 years they got a lot of life left, also the ear pads are breathable and I¡¯m thankful for that because sometimes I go 3 - 4 hours some workouts without taking them off, also the sound is locked in, with little sound bleed. I have ran miles in these, and countless days at the gym and they are still awesome. I¡¯ve bought and been using these headphones for 2 years now and they¡¯re still performing brand new. And the quality of the headphones is still brand new, also the ear pads haven¡¯t flakes on me yet and they still seem to have a few more years left in them, just make sure to wipe the pads down from all your sweat to prevent smell, ¡° which a trait that comes with all headphones.¡± I just hope this review convinces you to give these a try, I love these things, and when my pair breaks ¡° probly 5 years later¡± I¡¯m going straight back to these and picking these up again. Imo, if your a cautious person like me that watched tons of reviews on headphones, just buy these and save the stress :)
